For many years, NW Calgary Law has been proud to be a Friend of CJSW, Calgary’s community radio station at 90.9 FM, and streaming at cjsw.com and as podcasts on iTunes.

CJSW is a non-profit society maintained and operated by a group of seven staff members and over 200 volunteers drawn from both the University of Calgary student body and the wider city of Calgary population. CJSW broadcasts music, spoken word and multicultural programming.

The 2016 Funding Drive runs from October 21 to October 28. Please consider making a pledge to support Community Radio in Calgary. There are incentives available depending on the amount of your pledge. Starting at $30 you will receive the valuable CJSW Friends Card which will provide you discounts and special offers at many Calgary businesses. NW Calgary Law offers free notarization of documents to all holders of the Friends Card.

Please support your favorite program, or pledge to The Spin Evolution, a program that trained Peter Robinson (a CJSW volunteer) to be a DJ and host. He will be co-hosting the Funding Drive edition of the program live, on October 24, 2016 at 10:00 pm.

We hope you will support Community Radio at CJSW. Please contact Peter at probinson@nwcalgarylaw.com, if you have any questions.
